Hi, this has nothing to do with sale on rue-la-la. Does anyone know where there are instructions to open the new sliding silver bracelet. The rep showed me at the store and now I’m home and cannot open it!!

You can try YouTube. There are two fasteners where the regular snake chain meets the dangling chain. There are little raised areas on each fastener. Press those in and pull the sides apart. When you are ready to put them back together, push in the raised area and push the end back together. Clear as mud, I know! Hope it helps.
