Today’s post brings my monthly Pandora news round-up, featuring details on upcoming releases and promotions for the month! Also included in my monthly news posts are the little bits and pieces of information or rumour that haven’t made it to their own post. ^^ October this year is a busy busy month in terms of Pandora news, with the release of the Pandora Rose and Winter 2014 collections and lots of promotions too!
Pandora Rose Collection Released
It’s an exciting day for Pandora fans in North America, as the gorgeous Pandora Rose collection makes its debut in the US & Canada today! The collection consists of a small number of rose-gold-plated charms, earrings, bracelet and a ring and was hugely popular when it saw a limited test-release back in April. However, this official release is, for now, limited to North America.
I’m still a little baffled that this is not seeing a global release (yet) – seeing as the Rose collection was tested in a few different markets, I would be very surprised if it wasn’t eventually released elsewhere, too. Personally I’m looking for another three Rose charms to complete my collection and I’m hoping that I can find someone in the US or Canada to help me out! <3
Pandora Winter 2014 Collection
The biggest event in the Pandora calendar has to be the release of the Winter 2014 collection at the end of the month on the 30th of October. The collection features a fun mix of dramatic starry designs and festive cheerful Christmas charms – for live shots, stock images and more, please have a look through the Winter 2014 tag! :D
Furthermore, stores in the US can probably expect to receive the collection a few weeks in advance – in fact, some stores are already receiving their stock as you can see in the photo above! Most other regions, on the other hand, will adhere to the release date and the collection will be available at the end of October. I personally can’t wait! <3
Promotions
As ever, this is a good month for promotions for ladies in North America! For the whole of October, Pandora will be offering a fab ring promotion.
The rules are simple: buy two Pandora rings in one transaction, and you will receive the third (and cheapest) free! This would be a great time to indulge in the new Pandora Rose Light as a Feather ring, which is absolutely stunning. You should check out the wonderful Victoria’s review of the ring at Endangered Trolls, which showcases it beautifully!
Additionally, later in the month, Pandora will also be running a free leather bracelet promotion running from the 23rd until the 26th of October. During this time, you’ll be able to purchase either a single leather bracelet or a fabric cord bracelet with every single transaction of $100 or more.
Pandora in Australia are also offering a limited edition gift set for breast cancer awareness this month – although there are no new pieces offered in the set. The set includes the single pink leather bracelet and the Autumn 2014 Hope bead.
It is retailing for $119 AUD, with a percentage of the proceeds going towards Breast Cancer Research.
Additionally, Australian website Charm Me are offering their own GWP until the 9th of October. If you spend 100$ on any Pandora products in a single transaction, you will receive a free silver Pandora charm up to the value of $39!
My Comment
There are some great promotions going on this month – particularly for North America. The Pandora ring promo is always an excellent opportunity to begin or expand your Pandora ring collection, although I’ll admit that I have given up trying to spend my Pandora budget on rings instead of charms! If you’re looking for any leather bracelet inspiration for the end of the month, too, I reviewed the Pandora leather bracelets a couple of months ago. :)
I always find new collection releases the most exciting, however. ;) I can’t wait to see the Winter 2014 collection, especially the new muranos – I am dying to see what the beautiful iridescent effects look like in person! However I’ll admit that I am hugely jealous of the Pandora Rose release and I’m feeling a little hard-done-by that those of us outside North America have missed out on both the Pandora Disney and the Pandora Rose charms!
